Preserving the beauty of Porirua

This is the greatest place in the Wellington Region and I want to be one of those people that preserve it ! Whitireia Park however is being eroded by those who don't care about the environment- on Sunday there were several trail bikes cutting deep grooves out of the hillsides and cars off of the main road. In addition there are parts of the road falling into serious disrepair- something needs to be done by DoC to keep this one of the region's best kept secrets.
